Every piece is written personally by Anum Raza. WordHarbour Studio is an independent sole-trader practice, so the person you brief is the person who writes the work and replies to your emails.
Yes. Each deliverable is written from scratch to match the agreed brief, tone and audience. No templates, spun articles or repurposed drafts are used.
A short written brief covering the topic, target audience, tone, word count, deliverables, revision allowance and delivery schedule. I will help shape this if you're unsure where to start.
The Pricing page lists the suggested deliverables for each package. Exact inclusions are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Yes. If your project doesn't fit neatly into one of the packages, describe what you need in your enquiry and I'll suggest an appropriate scope and price.
Content is delivered digitally in an agreed document format — commonly Google Docs, Microsoft Word or a plain-text export. Format is confirmed during scope agreement.
Each package includes a defined revision allowance, set out on the Pricing page and confirmed in the written scope. Additional revisions beyond that allowance can be quoted separately.
Turnaround depends on the package, current workload and the responsiveness of the brief. Realistic timelines are agreed in writing before work begins rather than promised upfront.
Yes. Where you have existing brand guidelines or sample copy, share them with your brief and I will align the tone. Where you don't, we can agree tone characteristics before writing begins.
No. Search-informed content is written with structure, readability and natural keyword integration in mind, but no writer can guarantee rankings, traffic, leads or commercial outcomes.
No. Every package is a one-time engagement with a fixed scope and price. There are no memberships, retainers or subscriptions.
No. Payments are one-time only, processed securely through Stripe Checkout. Stripe does not create a recurring charge for these packages.
You will receive a payment confirmation from Stripe and a follow-up email from me requesting the full project brief. Writing begins once the scope is confirmed in writing.
Yes. If you cancel before any research or writing has begun, a refund can be issued in line with the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Once research, planning or drafting is underway, refunds reflect the work already completed. Full details are in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Ownership of the final, approved content transfers to the client once payment for the engagement is fully settled. Drafts, unused concepts and internal working documents remain with WordHarbour Studio unless otherwise agreed.
Yes. Once delivered and paid for in full, you may publish the content as you wish. Final factual and legal approval before publication is the client's responsibility.
Yes. Share the existing text with your brief and I'll advise whether a rewrite or a full replacement makes more sense for the objective.
Yes. I take on white-label overflow writing for agencies on a per-project basis with an agreed scope and NDA where required.

Yes. Reasonable client NDAs can be signed before scope confirmation. Any material shared under an NDA is held confidentially and not used for portfolio purposes without permission.
Yes, within UK conventions. I write for UK audiences by default, with attention to spelling, punctuation and cultural references appropriate to your reader.
