How a WordHarbour project runs.
A predictable seven-step workflow from first enquiry to final delivery.
- 01
Enquiry and brief
Send a short outline of the topic, audience, tone and objective through the contact form or by email. This can be brief — a few paragraphs is often enough to start.
- 02
Scope confirmation
I review the enquiry and reply with the most suitable package, the deliverables, the revision allowance, the timeline and the price — all in writing.
- 03
Research and outline
Once the scope and payment are confirmed, I research the subject carefully and prepare a structured outline. For longer projects, the outline is shared for approval.
- 04
First draft
I prepare the first draft in the agreed tone and format. Drafts are checked before delivery for structure, factual consistency and readability.
- 05
Client review
You review the draft at your own pace and collect any comments in one consolidated response. This keeps the revision round efficient for both of us.
- 06
Agreed revisions
I apply the requested revisions within the package's included round. Requests outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.
- 07
Final digital delivery
The completed content is delivered in the agreed document format, along with any meta suggestions where those are included in the package.
